Simple and easy hotel, good for low budget user.
Not suitable for family with children since it only provides one type of very small room. You cannot upgrade to bigger room even you can spend more on it.

Although hotel room a bit small, I like it because it looks like a modern design and very clean. Value for your money.

A great boutique hotel that fits your budget.Staffs are friendly and accommodating.Even gave my group a storage area to store 10 of our mountain bikes. Will definitely be one of the hotels to recommend to all!
Probably provide better range of breakfast.

I like the location of the hotel which is near to the shopping area, where we can walk along the road and find good shops and restaurants. There is also a reflexology centre which my husband and nieces went which is cheap. We also bought some packed foodstuff and indonesian cakes to bring home and give to relatives and friends in the office. However, after office hours, the traffic in this area can be very heavy and slow moving. The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful.
The room was small which may not be condusive for family with young children. The hotel did not provide hot water in the room for making drinks, though central hot water was provided on each floor. Since my son still taking bottled milk, it was kind of troublesome for me to walk out of the room and take the hot water from the centre to make his milk.

It's clean, good spot for shopping and has decent breakfast. Good price performance.
Room insulation is not good. We can still hear people talking outside of our room quite clearly.

The hotel is just in the right location to shopping area and can easily be reached. The room is clean and the room rate is OK.
It would be perfect if the food were delicious.

This hotel is definitely a proper place to stay for shopping. Is near the airport which just cost 25,000 rp and accessible to the jeans street just by walking for 5 minutes down the street. Other shopping area like jalan dago or jalan riau wasn't that far too! The breakfast is acceptable as well.
However, the room wasn't that sound proof. For those light sleeper, this might be a problem because the noise from the hallway can be loud at times especially children running around. Some might find it too small for comfort due the small area of space.

DayTrans is just opposite the hotel, easy to arrange transport to Jakarta. A very nice shopping mall just a walking distance away, so need not waste money to travel far away.
No local map available from reception. The toilet had a used condom that was not removed during their room keeping!!! Shower stream was so low that it took ages to bathe. Hairs were seen all over the toilet. Towels provided were "grey" color instead of white (but that apply to all the hotels that I had stayed including a so-called 4-star hotel in Jakarta).

Very close to Cihampelaw Walk. Nice n clean lift. Quiteness.
Breakfast buffet. 1 Room key only. Fair housekeeping. No business center. No gym Facilities. No laundry services. Fair English speaking by staff, despite of the kindness and hospitality.

Only the location was manageable but the bed was wonderful! Soft and comfortable.... This was the only thing we like.
Internet in the room was not accessible. There wasn't any multi plug provided. As we forgot to bring our multi adaptor, we need to queue at the reception to charge our mobile phone. Breakfast was crowded everyday and food was so so... There was no wardrobe in the room. We book for the Twin bedroom 4 months ago and we didn't get the room. Ask the reception, they say fully booked!!! How could they be fully booked 4 months ago??? Very very disappointed!!!!!!!!

We arrived at 11pm and the front desk staff Iwan told me that I couldn't get the twin bed that I requested from my booking. I was frustrated as request was made earlier. I asked for his assistance to arrange one but he told me that he couldn't help and he told me that I could cancel my booking if I wished to do so. I was speechless... At that late hour, we didn't have a choice but to check in to this hotel. The check in process was very simple, I just have to sign on a piece of paper without any passport verification. The room was a super simple one, the hotel didn't provide hair dryer and they didn't have any, we asked for travel adaptor and as usual, they did't have any, extra pillow is subject to extra charge. Breakfast is very limited selection. You can choose a better hotel at any location at this price. I will definitely not come back again and will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
Bad front desk service, hotel staffs say no to everything u ask for, limited breakfast selection and the door to washroom is not sound proof, u can basically hear the shower sound from your room and next door. Will not recommend this hotel at all.
